To start: the annual cost of a full-time senior designer is now over $75,000 (and good luck finding one who’s available). Additionally, you might not always have enough work to keep them fully occupied. This means you’re paying for time you can’t use. With our monthly plan, you can pause and resume your subscription whenever you want, so you only pay for the time you actually need design work.

As soon as you subscribe, we’ll set up your personal Trello board—usually within the hour. You’ll get an invite straight to your inbox. Accept it, and you’re good to go. Everything else you need to know about using the board is right there—simple, clear, and to the point.

Once you’ve subscribed, you can add as many design requests to your queue as you like, and they’ll be processed and delivered gradually.

Most requests are completed within 1-2 days on average. However, more complex projects may take longer.

You might be surprised, but Kreabo is a tight-knit team of designers and art directors. When you work with us, you collaborate directly with our core team, ensuring a seamless creative process. For specialized requests like animations or custom illustrations, we tap into our trusted network of expert partners.

We understand that you might not have enough design needs every month. Maybe you only have one or two requests. That’s exactly why you can pause your subscription.

Billing cycles are based on a 31-day period. Let’s say you sign up, use the service for 21 days, and then pause the subscription. In this case, the billing cycle stops, and you’ll have 10 days of usage remaining, which you can use later.

Larger projects are broken down into stages on our side. This applies to things like website or app designs, UI/UX projects, etc. You can expect realistic progress every 24-48 hours until the entire project is completed.

Most designs are created using Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma. Webflow available in our Premium package.

Kreabo gives you maximum flexibility in submitting your requests through Trello. Our clients typically submit requests directly through Trello, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even record short videos in Loom (for those who don’t want to write briefs). In general, anything that can be linked or shared in Trello is welcome.

No worries! We’ll revise the design as many times as necessary until you’re 100% satisfied.

Of course. Kreabo does not cover the following design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), and complex packaging designs.

No problem. You can cancel your subscription once your current design project is completed and come back later when you have more design needs. Unused subscription time won’t be lost.
